iHateSpam
iHate Spam is a popular, well written spam blocker that integrates itself with Outlook/Outlook Express. One of the most popular junk mail fighting solutions available today. However we do not recommend iHateSpam due to their poor non-responsive customer service. There's nothing more irritating than not having your emails replied.
